Working together we create workout plans for you to follow, healthy habits to incorporate into your life and we dive deeper into your relationship with food using a mindfulness approach. I believe in looking at you as a whole person, we can’t fix the diet without understanding why you are stress eating in the first place or discovering the reason why you aren’t motivated to work out.

We work on the present, not on the past as we move towards fulfilling your dream to live your best life! How is Life Coaching different from talk therapy?
Life Coaches focus on the present and help you to create goals for the future. Many life coaches focus on creating a new life path in order to achieve goals, whereas therapy sometimes looks into emotional resolutions to past problems in order to move forward, according to Counseling Today.”
I meet with clients over the phone or on Zoom throughout the week at a time that is convenient for you. Sessions are manageable 50 minutes out of your day and there may be homework to do between our sessions in order to break through habit change.
