Working together we create movement plans to incorporate into your life, healthy habits for you to follow and we dive deeper into your relationship with food using a mindfulness approach. I believe in looking at you as a whole person, we can’t fix the diet without understanding why you are stress eating in the first place or uncovering the reason why you aren’t motivated to work out.
